A few of our success stories …
In the following examples you will see how we have achieved significant success, that has been valued as crucial and meaningful to our clients.
Cathy
An individual client wanted to review which of two very different career options outside of her current organisation would provide her with the most job satisfaction and a high level of personal development.
During just two sessions she established what her criteria were for choice of a new company, boss and role.
Questions were then formulated to ensure her interviews gave her this information enabling her to make a well-informed choice. She is enjoying and thriving in her chosen area.
John
John had worked for a long time in the public sector and had just accepted a leadership position with the private sector. He wanted to be as effective as quickly as possible at managing his staff in what was for him, a new commercially orientated world.
Through a series of fortnightly sessions in his first 3 months he kept a learning journal to be reviewed at each session in addition to carrying out a structured analysis of other factors including the new organisational culture which he had not previously considered.
In-between telephone and email support helped to provide the sounding board he needed during this initial challenging time.
Simon
A large organisation was merging two departments and wanted all managers to make decisions about their future careers.
Simon was supported to look at all the options available in conjunction with his manager and decided to find a position in another organisation but in a similar field.
By gaining confidence and clarity of his personal attributes he secured a role at a higher level within the same service sector.
Nicole
Due to external factors, decisions were made outside of Nicole’s direct control but which greatly affected the role of her department and her team.
She worked out how to influence this situation in the best way for all concerned, which included managing 3 different bosses with conflicting objectives.
She was more equipped to give both emotional and practical support to her staff.
Nita
Nita analysed, using a variety of techniques, what makes her less assertive and persuasive than she would ideally like to be.
During discussion she was able to identify current important situations to use her newly found self-awareness, knowledge and skills to gain both confidence and higher self-esteem.
She is now one of the youngest managers operating at that level in her organisation.
Danny
A Human Resources Manager, in their first role who has recently completed an in-house company graduate training scheme, has been given feedback that they need to have more understanding of others and display more empathy in order to achieve more in their chosen field.
A combination of self analysis and feedback review, has allowed behavioural changes to be made with which both the individual and the organisation are delighted.
Danny has now been invited to attend an assessment centre with a strong possibility of promotion.
