Services

Coach 2 Succeed provides a personally tailored coaching service to business managers and individual professionals.

Coaching helps an individual to identify their strengths, develop skills and will significantly increase their ability to succeed.

It focuses on outcomes and getting tangible results quickly. You will set your own goals and gain support to unleash your creativity and commitment to achieve.

A good coach is often described as a professional friend, devil's advocate and a confidential sounding board. Many individuals see the value of this neutral objectivity to allow them to be more in control of achieving their work objectives.

Work can sometimes feel like climbing a mountain, but I can give you all the help and support you need to reach the peak of your potential. I love motivating people to become the best version of themselves.

I work with a broad range of clients from diverse backgrounds including household brands, FTSE 100 companies, public sector, not for profit and national charities.

Coaching sessions can be run from my lovely home office in Cambridge or we can arrange to meet at a mutually convenient location in London or the East of England.

LEADERSHIP

Coaching is a collaborative, solution-focused and results-orientated process which targets high performance and improvement at work.  A safe, confidential, reflective time, it gives a forward focus to setting goals by allowing individuals to draw their own conclusions and solutions. The uniquely high level of individual attention ensures an understanding that creates positive shifts in thinking and behaviour.

career

Choose your vision, plan your path and apply your focus and commitment to get there by conducting a thorough analysis of your  strengths, skills, values, aptitudes and workplace preferences.

Transferable skills from one role to another can be quantified and an action plan drawn up for future progression.

Prior to leave - set the foundations for a successful handover and sow the seeds for a successful return.

During leave - coaching is focussed on helping the new parent prepare to hit the ground running confidently on their return.

Following leave - we focus on building support and networks and developing smart working skills and remaining influential even if you have a changed work pattern.

Coach Supervision

I supervise coaches and other supervisors by giving them the opportunity to hone their coaching skills, develop tools to deal with ethical dilemmas and decide on interventions for their clients.

I understand the challenges of organisational life so can help you unpick complex issues such that you no longer feel stuck and can focus on working from your strengths.

Clients Recommendations

Coaching does work. These are a few of the many hundreds of clients, from all backgrounds and positions, who we have helped to achieve their goals.

"I was slightly apprehensive about my sessions with Sue but there was simply no need to be.

She made me feel completely comfortable and was fully flexible around what I wanted to achieve from the session.

For example, the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders was one objective. With coaching and handy practical tips I achieved in a short space of time what I thought would take years. Thank you Sue."

Leila Arangi, Human Resources Business Partner, Barclays Bank

"You were wonderful with/for me as you made opening up to you very easy.

I had never been coached before and without the experience – that is learning to talk about myself and my feelings, verbalising and analyzing them and planning forward – I don’t know how I would have coped with the last year.

You gave me a solid foundation on which to build. I liked your flexibility; your ability to respond to whatever I threw out; your sensitivity to my ‘pace’. I liked the non

stuffy kind of professional approach and the fact that the perceptions were enabling for both work and private life."

Felicity Binns, Executive Director NGODr

"Sue is a very effective coach who has enabled me to improve and succeed through focused, objective analysis of my performance and identifying action points that are relevant and achievable.

She has demonstrated that she is familiar with the political, structural and organisational issues that are involved in the workplace and uses this effectively during our meetings.

She has been able to deal with all the problems that I have sought help on. Her insight has helped me to reflect on various aspects of the issues by seeing them from a different perspective."

Our sessions created a really useful space to reflect on myself, my work and how I am developing as a practitioner within the wider context of my profession.  During a period of growth and change in my career, I felt that Sue genuinely cared about helping me to develop as an individual in my profession and I really looked forward to our sessions together.

Sue has been a real inspiration and help to me.  Whilst her style is relaxed and informal, she is incredibly knowledgeable and sharp - she's listening out for and seeing the things you don't see and reflects that back in the most gentle but incisive of ways. I have found my coaching approach has transformed with Sue's supervision.
